Silor immobiliare was established in 1990 thanks to the business creativity of Mr. Severino Torri, founder of Torri Guarnizioni Industriali, world’s leading company in designing fastening solutions for pipes and industrial seals moulding, in Capriolo (BS).

The will of standing out and the research of innovation have allowed Silor Immobiliare to realise unique residential concepts in terms of quality and environment sustainability.

Now, the realised real estates are located among Brescia and Bergamo territory, the true vibrant heart of the North part of Italy, touching the Iseo Lake with “Residenze Nettuno” in Sarnico, the company’s feather in the cap, going on towards Garda Lake with the residential structures of Desenzano, passing through the real estates accomplished in Capriolo.
